Her communication and reply backs are so efficient and effective plus she is so sweet and genuine. We had to order a last-minute sign a week before my friend's wedding, and Francina was not only happy to make the sign, but she was also quick to reply and send through our order for printing. Francina made sure to communicate with us about when the order would be ready and was willing to take time out of a very busy day to drop off the order on the day of the wedding. The sign was absolutely beautiful (the bride was so happy with it), and I can honestly say I've never had better service. I couldn't thank Francina enough for making a last-minute order.
