We want you to take it all in and enjoy the special moments with your favorite people, whilst we makes sure everything is running to plan.

We follow your brief and we style, set up and oversee everything as you have requested (making quick decisions and adjustments where needed to ensure your event runs beautifully and seamlessly).

ON DAY SET UP

  We’ve got you!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

    • Liaising with all vendors booked on your day i.e. florist, photographer, celebrant, DJs, furniture companies etc.

    • Coordinate the timeline for the day and any venue specific timings

    • Coordinate the bridal arrival and both ceremony and reception entrances

    • Manage guest arrival and seating

    • Handing out out of any order of services, confetti’s, fans or favors

    • First look and ensuring everything is set for reception

    • Taking care of any last minute issues or concerns that pop on on your day

    • Ensuring all gifts & wishing well items are collected by a trusted family member or friend

    • Ensuring the bride and groom are served food and drink during the day

    • Overall we will be an extra set of hands on the day to help wherever we can

    • Gathering your DIY items from you before the wedding day

    • Steaming, folding and setting of napkins and linens

    • Candles - cleaning and lighting

    • Setting down place cards, menus & favors

    • Signage set up and movement to reception

    • Transferring ceremony florals & plinths to reception spaces

    • Placement of budvases and table décor items e.g. travertine, shells, candied fruit etc.

    • Ensuring tables, chairs & furniture are set as per the floorplan and in clean presentable condition

    • Placement of any hired/BYO cutlery, crockery and glassware

    • Final pack down of items at the end of your day

    • We’ll take care of your DIY items and hold onto them until you’re ready to collect them after the wedding

  • Our packages cater to weddings and engagements, although we are eager to assist with a wide range of personal or corporate events.

    We enjoy exploring new destinations. Our packages apply to events located within a 40km radius of the Perth CBD. For occasions beyond this radius, there may be extra charges for travel and accommodation if necessary.
