For the detail orientated ones: I can not rave about Cinastar enough. We got signage and on day coordination. In the consultation all nothing seemed too outrageous for Francina, all the tiny details we wanted incorporated because WE wanted to see them we received overwhelming support. Requests met with "we will make it happen for your day", "it's your day, you deserve" or "leave that with me and I'll let you know how we can make it happen". All these were music to a last minute frazzled bride's ears. Francina sent through such a detailed proposal. It was more than just numbers on a page. It was the concept in the colour scheme all scetched out. Our first thoughts were 'if this is the proposal imagine the product'.

On the day, everything went smoothly. When we walked into the reception it was breathtaking. As if she printed what was in our heads straight into the room. She captured the aesthetic and all the little details were 10/10. Love, love LOVE!!!

For the lovers who’ve prepared their essentials and vendors, this package is perfect for DIY dreamers or those showcasing their unique flair. We will help you realize your vision with seamless coordination and styling ♡

What you can expect:

Gathering your DIY items before the big day
Ensuring the ceremony setup is flawless and providing support for the bridal procession.
Placing decorative items like stationery, candles, and favors
Coordinating the timeline and venue-specific timings
Liaising with all vendors (florist, Cake, photographer, celebrant, DJs, furniture companies, etc.)
Transferring ceremony florals and plinths to reception spaces if required
Steaming, folding, and setting napkins and linens
Ensuring tables, chairs, and furniture are set as per the floorplan and in pristine condition
Handling any last-minute issues or concerns
Ensuring all gifts and wishing well items are collected by a trusted family member or friend
Final pack down of items at the end of your day. And Safekeeping your DIY items until you’re ready to collect them after the wedding
