I had an amazing experience with Francina! As a bride it gets chaotic at times other vendors may fail and on short notice she pulled through a massive order all while interstate. Her communication and reply backs are so efficient and effective plus she is so sweet and genuine. Really looked out for me in giving opinions what would suit better and as a bride opinions on these things is WHAT I needed. I will definitely be referring her services to my friends and family & thank Francina for being so patient with me, so understanding & I can’t wait to utilise her name plates on our wedding day.
