I had an amazing experience with Francina! As a bride it gets chaotic at times other vendors may fail and on short notice she pulled through a massive order all while interstate. Her communication and reply backs are so efficient and effective plus she is so sweet and genuine. Really looked out for me in giving opinions what would suit better and as a bride opinions on these things is WHAT I needed. I will definitely be referring her services to my friends and family & thank Francina for being so patient with me, so understanding & I can’t wait to utilise her name plates on our wedding day. We had to order a last-minute sign a week before my friend's wedding, and Francina was not only happy to make the sign, but she was also quick to reply and send through our order for printing. Francina made sure to communicate with us about when the order would be ready and was willing to take time out of a very busy day to drop off the order on the day of the wedding. The sign was absolutely beautiful (the bride was so happy with it), and I can honestly say I've never had better service. I couldn't thank Francina enough for making a last-minute order.

I hired a wishing well twice from her for my bridal shower and for my wedding.
The first time I was hesistant as hiring things off Facebook market wasn’t my thing but her communication, assurance and professionalism blew me away and I knew I was using her for my wedding too. She’s very flexible and accomodating with pick ups and drop offs. She delivered EXACTLY what I wanted without any mistakes .

Francina did the table numbers and sign for our display table for those who couldn't be at our wedding. The entire process was very smooth, with her communication being very prompt. Although we hired the table numbers, the additional sign that we used was created by Francina with no hassles. She accommodated to our requests and was very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
