HIRE, ORDER AND STYLING TERMS


Please read these Hire, Order and Styling Terms carefully before booking.

Payment of your deposit indicates your acceptance of these terms.

On Day Styling & Set Up

Event Date

We must be advised of any change to the event venue or event date in writing to cinastarcreative@gmail.com

We will do our best to accommodate these changes for you but we cannot guarantee our availability.

Copyright

All designs conceptually presented or produced listed in our design proposal are copyrighted and are the sole property of Cinastar Creative.

Stationary

As part of our Styling and On Day Set Up packages we offer our clients the opportunity to include signage and stationery through Cinastar Creatives in house graphic designer. This takes all the worry out of organizing, sorting and checking it yourself, and means you don’t need to liaise with multiple additional vendors. Any design Cinastar Create creates for you remains the sole property of Cinastar Creative.

Only designs by our in-house graphic designer will be printed. We do not print anyone else’s artwork.

All quotations are based off standard stationery or signage pricing unless specified otherwise. Additional fees will apply for specialty or custom printing i.e. arches, foiling, embossing etc.

Clients must provide all final details to Cinastar Creative 4 weeks prior to their event. Designing the stationery requires 1 week, followed by 3 weeks of production. We can amend final guest numbers and names up to 4 weeks before printing when your final payment is due. Cinastar Creative will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage due to any failure by the Client to comply with this clause.

All our standard Order and Hire Terms apply to our styling packages.

Reservation Deposit

A minimum non-refundable, non-transferable 25% deposit will be required to reserve Cinastar Creative services before the scheduled event. We will make all reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis. The down payment signifies an acceptance of terms and already to proceed which will also of officially secures the date on our calendar.

Venue

At Cinastar Creative, we do not assume responsibility for any technical or physical challenges encountered at the event venue. Additionally, we are not liable for any issues related to the non-delivery of hired items from external contractors. In the event that such issues occur, rest assured that we will make every effort to address and resolve them to help ensure the seamless execution of your event.

Travel

Our packages apply events located within a 40km radius of the Perth CBD. For occasions beyond this radius, there may be extra charges for travel and accommodation if necessary.

Clients are required to pay for any venue parking fees that arise during their event when working with Cinastar Creative.

Service Delivery

Please check your invoice and ensure everything has been itemized - i.e. such as signages, hire stands, stationary etc. if it is not noted on your booking it will not be provided. To ensure disappointment please check over your invoice in its entirety and let us know anything you think may be missing.

Our focus is dedicated solely to managing the styling and set-up for your event, working alongside other vendors (florists, furniture hirers etc.) in these responsibilities. However, If you already have an on day event stylist/planner, we are unable to collaborate as part of their staff.

Care of Products

Once goods have been set and room checked prior to departure by Cinastar Creative the responsibility of all goods becomes the clients.

For goods sub hired from our providers you agree to the terms and conditions of their specific hire which will be provided to you for reference - in the event of any damage to these items you will accept responsibility of those invoices for direct payment.

Additional Services

Cinastar Creative will provide an invoice to the client following the event in cases where our presence exceeds 8 hours (by client request) or if there are last-minute requests for additional stationary and/or styling items.

Additional Staff

If additional staffing is required due to weather, set up requirements etc. you will be provided a price at the time and payment is due before execution of event.

Health and Safety

The client further understands that Cinastar Creative complies with all health and safety laws, directives, and rules and regulations. Further, Cinastar Creative will not provide services in any location or area deemed unsafe in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, regions affected by infectious diseases, quarantined areas, or other similar occurrences. Under any of these circumstances,

At Cinastar Creative, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards hateful speech, verbal abuse, bullying, racism, sexism, or physical violence. Should our staff find themselves in any situation involving such behavior, we will promptly withdraw from the event. Please note that no refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

Cinastar Creative reserves the right to end service coverage or immediately leave the event if guidelines are not followed. Cinastar Creative shall be entitled to retain all monies paid. The client agrees to relieve and hold Cinastar Creative harmless due to incomplete event coverage or a lapse in the work quality.

Work Standards

Cinastar Creative will deliver the Services in a professional manner, in good faith, with all requisite care and skill and in line with the approved Styling Concept. However, Cinastar Creative cannot make any warranty or guarantee as to the Client’s satisfaction with the ultimate event styling. No refunds or change of goods will be allowed once event has started or Cinastar Creative staff have departed.

Should Cinastar Creative Does recommend one or more service providers to the Client for the purposes of the Client’s Event (such as a photographer, videographer or marriage celebrant) which the Client proceeds to engage directly, Cinastar Creative makes such recommendation in good faith, believing the service provider to be a person or entity that provides high-quality services from which the Client would benefit. Cinastar Creative cannot however guarantee the standard of service that the Client will receive from such recommended service provider and the Client undertakes to make her own enquiries of the service provider and satisfy herself of the suitability of the service provider for the service required. Cinastar Creative will not be responsible in any way whatsoever for a service provider recommended to the Client.

Event Pack Down

Cinastar Creative will assist to facilitate the pack down of styling items following your event. We will dispose of on-day-use stationary items unless specifically instructed by the client to retain them. Please note that Cinastar Creative does not take responsibility for packing down and cleaning furniture or catering items.

At Cinastar Creative, we do not discard floral arrangements unless specifically requested by the client. Instead, we actively encourage the bridal party, family, and guests to take the florals as appropriate and leave the vases at the venue.

At the conclusion of the event, Cinastar Creative will retrieve all hired items within their inventory. Please note that Cinastar Creative does not accept responsibility for any hire items obtained from other providers. It is the client's responsibility to coordinate the return or collection of such items.

Changes and Modifications

Cinastar Creative will provide the Services to the Client in accordance with the scope of the engagement, which is set out in detail in the proposal.

The client may make no alterations, modifications, or reductions to this contract without the Cinastar Creative written consent. Any changes requested to a proposal may require a new submission, which may incur additional fees. Both parties must agree on any modifications, additions, or deletions to the contract revisions before they are approved.

Cancellations

Deposit invoices are non-refundable. 4 weeks prior to the event for styling, no refund of final balance or credit is offered.

All payments of Fees and fees for Additional Services made are non-refundable. All outstanding Fees for Additional Services rendered through the Date of Termination will be due immediately.

Force Majeure

A party shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to any act of God, such as but not limited to war, riot, civil strife; an act of terrorism, domestic or foreign; embargo; governmental rule, order, regulation or decree; earthquake, flood, fire, hurricane, tornado, or other casualties; strike, lockout, or other labor disturbance; pandemic, epidemic, public health emergency, an outbreak of infectious disease; or any other events or circumstances not within the reasonable control of the party affected, whether similar or dissimilar to any of the preceding. Upon the occurrence of any force majeure event, the party relying on this provision shall notify, as soon as feasible, the other party of its inability to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

In the event of a Force Majeure, all retainers are non-refundable and outstanding fees will not be owed to Cinastar Creative except for direct out of pocket expenses expended for the event. Out of pocket expenses are not limited to but including any hours put into the event's design, whether that be client consultations or revisions of the design proposal, ordering of items for the client, etc.

Should a clients' Wedding be canceled, postponed, or otherwise adversely impacted due to a force majeure event, there shall be no refunds for payments already received by Cinastar Creative. Still, we will use all reasonable efforts to work with clients to produce the wedding later if necessary, subject to our availability.

Cinastar Creative will always endeavour to cater for revised plans however in the event of weather, act of god or inappropriate setup areas we may hold back our hire items due to possible loss, damage or safety to staff, venue or guests. If hirer has any issues whatsoever these must be raised and address prior to staffing leaving site or prior to event starting.

Order Items

All designs on this site are the sole property of Cinastar Creative and are covered by copyright. They may not be reproduced in any fashion without the permission of Cinastar Creative. Any breach of copyright will be pursued. 

Cinastar Creative reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by Cinastar Creative for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to placing an order, Cinastar Creative reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.

Any design Cinastar Create creates for you remains the sole property of Cinastar Creative.

Turn Around

From first placing the order to total completion, takes around 4 weeks, depending on whether a custom designs has been chosen etc. And providing the client supplies information in a timely manner, and respond to proofs and emails promptly also.

Designing the signage requires 1 week, followed by 3 weeks of production.

Before sending a design for production, your approval is essential. Following design approval, your finished order will be ready in 3 weeks.

If there is a delay in production of order items, Cinastar Creative will reach out to the client to notify them as soon as possible.

Custom Signs & Menus

A final design proof will be sent to the client. It is their responsibility to thoroughly check the proof when when they receive it. Once the client is happy with the emailed design, they will be asked to approve for the item to go to print/begin production. The items will take at least 3 weeks to be completed. If the client requires a shorter delivery time they must get in touch to organise this and Cinastar Creative will do their best to meet the deadline.

Rush Orders

If you require a rush order, please email cinastarcreative@gmail.com. Cinastar Creative will do the best to fulfil your order, however It is not guaranteed that this can be done with all orderss. Please note, all items are made to order and so additional fees may apply to get the materials on short notice.

Personalisation

Please note that once the details of personalised items ordered have been given Cinastar Creative and confirmed, they will be used exactly as provided.

If there are any errors or misspellings on personalised items ordered, and the clients wishes for them to be revised, an additional cost (revision fee) will need to be paid. 

Seating Charts, Menus & Name Plates

Clients will be asked to supply their guest list. A guest list form will be sent to the client via email. This needs to be filled correctly; correct names and spelling.

Colours

Cinastar Creative cannot guarantee that the final colours of a product will be the same as what was seen on each clients screen. Cinastar Creative work hard to ensure the colours in one products are as close as possible to the colours as seen on screen, but cannot guarantee a 100% match. Every screen resolution and setting is different, and the colours displayed on someones screen may be different to the colours seen on the final product.  

Packages

Bond payment required for all packages with hire items.

Hire items i.e choice of wishing well, subject to availability on your chosen date.

Designs are printed 5mm Foamcore (PVC)

Signage can be upgraded to A0 size for an additional $65.

All packages are set. Items cannot be changed or exchanged with other hire or order items.

The Process - Custom Orders

  1. After receiving your request, I'll reach out via email to ask for any pictures or color schemes that inspire you.

  2. Next, I'll create several design options based on your preferences for you to choose from.

  3. Feel free to let me know if there are any changes or adjustments you'd like to see.

  4. Once you approve the design, I'll send you the final invoice for payment.

  5. Upon finalizing the personalized details, they will be used exactly as provided.

  6. A final design with all details and names will be sent to you. Please review it carefully for accuracy.

  7. Please allow up to 21 business days (3 weeks) for your order to be ready.

  8. When your order is complete, I'll contact you to arrange the collection or delivery of your items.

Fonts

If a client would like to change a font of any of Cinastar Creative’s designs, there is a font list choose from. However, not all designs will suit all of the fonts on the list. Each of Cinastar Creative designs has been carefully chosen. Cinastar Creative can guide you towards making the right choice of replacement font and suggest other options from the list that will work best.

Stock

Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of supply difficulties Cinastar Creative will inform the client and discuss alternative materials or designs.

Re Producing

Signed With Love reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by Signed With Love for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to placing an order.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cinastar Creative is a service based business, therefore all of products are made to order and once Cinastar Creative have a clients order and payment/deposit, the production gets started, therefore will not not offer refunds

Please note refunds are not given for change of mind returns.

Shipping and Delivery.

Delivery Service

Australia Post is used to get products to clients within Australia. If a next day delivery or rush order is required, parcels are sent through DHL

A signature is required on every package. If the client (or someone signing for the client) are not at the location to sign, a card will be left and the client will need to organise re-delivery.

Cost

The delivery fee is $25 for smaller boxed orders Australia wide. For large format signage, the delivery fee is $35. Clients may be charged for any applicable local custom fees. These are not the responsibility of Cinastar Creative.

Delivery service providers make change their fees from time to time. Cinastar Creative reserve the right to make changes to our shipping policy at any time. The updated postage fees will be listed on this website.

Worldwide shipping is not available. Unfortunately large format signage can not be shipped internationally.

Dispatch Timeframes

Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to be completed. Once the order is complete, clients will be notified and the order will be given to the delivery service partner within 1-3 business days.

Delivery times will vary between orders – this is largely dependent on the delivery service provider.

As a guide, the following timeframes may apply:

  • Standard product orders: 4-7 business days

  • Express product orders: 1-4 business days

Cinastar Creative is not liable for any delay in dispatch of your order. Please find out estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website

Clients will be supplied with a courier tracking number on the day that their package is given to the delivery service so they can track goods from door to door.

Delivery Address

It is the clients responsibility to make sure that their email and postal address details are correct. Cinastar Creative will not be responsible for any incorrect, misdelivered or failed delivery if they do not supply current, accurate postal address details. If a clients order is undelivered due to their error and returned to Cinastar Creative, we reserve the right to require the client to pay further postage fees.

Loss or Damage

Cinastar Creative cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will take the utmost of care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used.

In the event of items lost or damaged in transit, our liability is limited to the amount of any compensation we are able to recover from the delivery service provider.

Risk

Risk in each order passes to the client on delivery to the clients nominated address. If they have authorised Cinastar Creative to leave their order unattended at the delivery address, the order will be taken and left unattended. If it is delivered and the client is not there, but someone else at the address signs for the parcel, this is your responsibility.

If tracking indicates that a product was lost in transit a written claim must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  All such claims are subject to our investigation and sole discretion.

Returns

If we accept a return of any goods, risk in those goods will revert to us on our confirmation of receipt of the returned goods. We recommend you insure goods you return to us against loss or damage in transit. Please see our terms for returns of products.

Hire Items

Definitions

The ‘Hire Company’ is Cinastar Creative
The ‘Client’ refers to any individual, couple or company hiring items from the ‘Hire Company’ who has made a hire booking.
The ‘Item/s' refers to all hire items listed on our ‘Hire' page supplied to the ‘Client'.

Bond

A bond is required for hire items. The bond fee will be returned to the client upon return of the hire item/s on the agreed return date.

Should a hire item be damaged or not cleaned, the costs to clean or repair the item will be taken out of the bond fee.

Any unreturned or beyond use items will be charged at full replacement cost to the client.

Bond returns may require up to 7 days for processing. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment account or card. Cinastar Creative cannot be held responsible if the account receiving the bond refund is closed.


Total Loss

Any unreturned or beyond use items will be charged at full replacement cost to the client. The client shall pay the outstanding amount within 7 days of the date of the invoice.

Collection & Return of Hired Items 

Delivery and collection times need to be confirmed one week prior to the pick up date. Please reach out to Cinastar Creative if you need to make any alternative arrangements.

Collection and return times are in the evenings starting at 5 pm.

The hire period is 4 days. If a client is requiring a longer period, please get in touch with Cinastar Creative.

Please note that some items cannot be dissembled to fit in vehicles, so clients are advised to have a look at the item dimensions before collection.

$15 AUD from a clients bond for may be deducted for each day the hire is returned late. Late returns can impact other clients wishing to hire the items the following weekend.

Insurance

Once item's are picked up, the client becomes responsible for all liabilities relating to the agreed item/s whilst in their possession until they are back with the hire company.

The client shall protect the hire item/s from the elements during the time of hire. In poor weather conditions storage of the hire item/s may be necessary and is the responsibility of the client to see that the item/s are stored safely. Any item damaged from weather is the full responsibility of the client and shall be paid at full replacement cost to the hire company.

The client shall protect the hire item/s from the client, staff at venues or any third parties or properties, vendors, event spaces and guests at their event during the time of hire. Any item damaged client, staff at venues or any third parties or properties, vendors, event spaces and guests is the full responsibility of the client and shall be paid at full replacement cost to the hire company.

Further Disclaimer

The hire company shall in NO WAY be held responsible for any injury, death or loss of income caused to the client, staff at venues or any third parties or properties due to the hire item/s provided by the hire company.

Payments

Currency

All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars. No GST is charged.

Deposit & Production

Deposits are non refundable. 

Hire bookings and Custom orders are not confirmed until a payment has been made.

Payments are processed via invoicing system & card payment.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. If a quote has been supplied by Cinastar Creative, please take note of the quote expiration date is the payment due date; this will be strictly enforced.

Media

Photos

The client allows the hire company to use any images used on social media that displays the creative use of the item/s hired while at the clients event.  The hire company will endeavour to credit any photographers and other suppliers involved.

Individuals must tag @cinastar_creative or give credit to Cinastar Creative if they share any of Cinastar Creative’s content via social media, website or print.

Clients are encouraged to tag @cinastar_creative or give credit to Cinastar Creative in if they plan on sharing images of Order and Hire items via social media, website or print.
